Fix one revenue leak at a time
Most businesses don't need "a CRM" — they need a specific leak plugged: calls that ring out, leads that go cold, appointments that no-show. Not sure where to start? Run the free business health check — we find you on Google and tell you what to fix first. Each solution page below takes one leak, shows you the math of what it costs, and gives you two ways to fix it.
Pick the leak that's costing you most
We publish a solution page only after running the automation ourselves — the same standard as our reviews. Not sure which leak hurts most? Start with the free business health check — we find your Google listing and score what to fix first.
Free: business health check
Like PageSpeed, but for your business — Google profile, website, email setup, lead response, reviews, and missed calls. Three minutes, prioritized checklist, no consultant pitch.
Missed calls
Callers who hit voicemail dial your competitor next. Text them back automatically, in seconds, 24/7 — and keep the conversation.
Leads going cold
A lead answered five minutes after asking is worth many times one answered the next morning. Speed-to-lead automation fixes it.
Free tool: lead response time calculator · Guides: why leads go cold in 5 minutes, form leads not responding, HVAC lead response
Google reviews
You mean to ask but never do — competitors with fresher reviews win the map pack. Automate the two-touch SMS loop after each job.
Free tools: review link & QR generator, review reply templates · Guide: how to get more Google reviews
No-shows
Empty chairs and dead appointment slots — see what they cost, then fix with reminder sequences that confirm, nudge, and reschedule without you.
How a solution page works
Every page here follows the same honest structure. First, the math: an interactive calculator that turns the leak into a dollar figure using your own numbers — not industry averages designed to scare you. Second, the mechanism: how the automation actually works, step by step, including the unglamorous parts like compliance registration that most vendors gloss over. Third, a fit check: who this pays off for and, just as important, who should skip it. And finally two ways to implement: do it yourself with the right tool (usually a GoHighLevel trial and one of our guides), or have our team set it up with a fixed quote.
If the leak you're bleeding from isn't listed yet, tell us at the contact page — reader problems decide what we test and publish next.
