What to include so we can act fast

For corrections, link the exact page and tell us what's wrong — a changed price, a feature that shipped or was removed, a screenshot that's out of date. We re-verify against a live account before editing, so specifics shave days off the turnaround.

For comparison requests, name both tools and one line about your situation (team size, industry, what you're trying to automate). Requests that come with context get prioritized because they make the eventual comparison sharper for everyone.

For setup questions, mention which platform you've chosen (or shortlisted) and roughly what you need working — booking, SMS, funnels, pipelines. You'll get a straight answer about whether it fits our setup service, and a no-obligation quote if it does.

One thing we never do: sell placements, swap links, or publish guest posts. If that's the ask, we'll pass — see how we review for why.
