CRM Duel ("we", "this site") is a content website. We collect as little personal data as possible: there are no accounts and no data is required to read anything we publish.
Email you choose to give us
Some pages offer a free resource (like our setup checklist) in exchange for your email address. If you submit the form, we store your email, the page you were on, and a timestamp on our own server — nothing is sent to third-party marketing platforms. We use it only to share the resource and occasionally announce new content; every such email includes a way to opt out, and you can request deletion anytime at contact@crmduel.com.
Analytics & cookies
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which articles are useful. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) in aggregate. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Affiliate links
Outbound links to vendors (routed through /go/) may set cookies on the
vendor's domain so they can attribute your visit to us (see our
Affiliate Disclosure). Those cookies are governed by each
vendor's own privacy policy. We send no personal data with the redirect and strip the referrer.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. Logs rotate automatically and are not used for profiling.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Given the site collects almost nothing, the most common answer is "we have no data about you" — but you can always ask at contact@crmduel.com.
Changes
We will update this page if our data practices change, and bump the date at the top.
